LS/Q/2024 is a comprehensive course aimed at equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in quantity surveying and construction as a whole. The course covers a wide aspects of surveying works including taking readings using levelling instruments and reducing the levels using various methods.
Additionally, students will learn the principles of surveying and methods of solving levelling problems including but not limited to height of collimation and rise and fall methods.
Throughout the course, trainees will engage in practical experiments and collaborative projects to apply theoretical concepts in the real word experiences.
By the end of this course, all participants will have gained the requisite competencies and set of skills that will enable them use levelling instruments to take readings and effectively proceed in solving construction problems.
